1. About Bin Bros

Bin Bros ("we", "us", "our") is a locally owned wheelie bin cleaning service, offering one-time cleans and recurring Bin Bros Memberships. By booking a service or joining a membership you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

We provide wheelie bin cleaning (general waste, recycling and green waste), leaf removal, seasonal cleanups and custom outdoor jobs. Availability may vary by area.

3. Bin Bros Membership

  • Membership is billed $13.33 per month per property via Stripe. Your first monthly payment starts on the day you sign up.
  • Membership covers up to 3 bins (typically red / yellow / green) cleaned once every 3 months.
  • Cleans are scheduled automatically after your council collection day.
  • If your council skips a collection week, your clean is rescheduled and no extra charge applies.
  • You may pause or cancel anytime from your Bin Bros dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing — your access continues until the end of the current paid period.
  • By joining, you authorise recurring monthly charges on your saved payment method until you cancel.
  • More than 3 bins, or want cleans more often than every 3 months? That's a custom request — email us for a quote.

4. One-time bookings

One-time cleans are paid securely via Stripe at booking. You can cancel any time before we arrive from your Bin Bros dashboard for a full refund. If we can't complete the job for any reason, you receive a full refund automatically.

4a. Our fair-dealing promise

We will never take money we haven't earned. If you believe a charge is incorrect — a duplicate, a job we didn't actually complete, or an amount that doesn't match your quote — contact us and we'll issue a full refund promptly. We would rather refund an honest mistake than argue about it. This promise sits alongside (and does not limit) your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

5. Access and safety

You're responsible for making your bins accessible on the scheduled day (typically kerbside after collection). Please disclose gate codes, dogs and any hazards. We may skip a clean if the property is unsafe or inaccessible — members are credited for skipped cleans.

6. Photos

We may take before/after photos of the work area for quality and dispute records. Photos are stored privately and are not published without your permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a booking or membership is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service in the previous three months. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version in force at the time of your booking (or current billing cycle for members) applies.
