What we collect

• Booking and membership details (bin types, collection day, frequency, notes, photos you upload).
• Payment details processed by Stripe — we never store your full card number.
• Account details if you sign in (email, password hash managed by our auth provider).
• Technical data (browser type, IP address) to run and secure the site.

Why we collect it

• To schedule and deliver your cleans.
• To bill and receipt your membership or one-time booking.
• To contact you about upcoming cleans, skipped weeks and account changes.
• To improve our routes, service quality and business operations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the trusted providers that help us run Bin Bros: our hosting/database provider, our authentication provider, Stripe (payments), and mapping providers (route optimisation). Each processes data on our behalf under their own security terms.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and billing records for as long as needed to run Bin Bros and meet legal obligations (typically up to 7 years for financial records). You may ask us to delete information that's no longer required.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your personal information, and close your account, from your dashboard or by contacting us. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access-controlled databases and PCI-compliant payment processing via Stripe. Please use a strong, unique password for your account.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in and to remember your session. We don't use third-party advertising trackers.
