This page explains how Bin Bros handles personal information for people who book a clean or join a Bin Bros Membership.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the trusted providers that help us run Bin Bros: our hosting/database provider, our authentication provider, Stripe (payments), and mapping providers (route optimisation). Each processes data on our behalf under their own security terms.
We keep booking and billing records for as long as needed to run Bin Bros and meet legal obligations (typically up to 7 years for financial records). You may ask us to delete information that's no longer required.
You can access, correct or delete your personal information, and close your account, from your dashboard or by contacting us. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access-controlled databases and PCI-compliant payment processing via Stripe. Please use a strong, unique password for your account.
We use a small number of cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in and to remember your session. We don't use third-party advertising trackers.
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always shown here.
