How often do you clean the bins?+
Membership includes a clean every 3 months. That's plenty of time for your bins to get properly dirty again — and enough to keep the smell down. Want them cleaned more often? Send us a custom request.
How many bins does membership cover?+
Up to 3 bins — usually your red (general), yellow (recycling) and green (garden) bins. Need more than 3 bins cleaned? That's a custom request — just email us and we'll quote it.
Do I need to be home?+
No. Just leave your bins accessible. Add a gate code in your booking if needed.
Can I pause or cancel my membership?+
Yes. Pause or cancel anytime from your Bin Bros dashboard. No lock-in, no fees. If you cancel, we'll ask for quick feedback so we can improve.
How is my card charged?+
Membership is $13.33 per month via Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay supported.
Do you handle leaves or other yard jobs?+
Yes — leaf removal and custom outdoor jobs are quote-based. Send us a photo and we'll get back to you fast.
Is it safe for my bins?+
Absolutely. We use hot water, food-safe sanitiser and eco-friendly deodoriser — never harsh chemicals.
